Three kinds of clean,

Commercial cleaning, construction and demolition clean-up, and residential cleaning. Commercial tasks are set daily, weekly or monthly per building.

Common-area porter service
Daily rounds through lobbies, hallways and shared spaces. Trash and recycling emptied and relined up to three times a day, spills handled, signage wiped.

Restrooms & restocking
Toilets and sinks disinfected and scrubbed, up to three times a day. Hand soap and paper restocked.

Floors, hallways & stairwells
Hard floors and carpet vacuumed, mopped and disinfected. Elevator tracks cleaned and shined. Stairwells swept and cleared of debris.

Glass & entrances
Entrance doors cleaned inside and out, glass partitions spot-cleaned, entryway fixtures dusted and cobwebs cleared.

Exterior, courtyards & trash areas
Perimeter and parking-area walk for trash and debris, courtyards swept, trash rooms and dumpster areas kept in order. Monthly power washing at an additional charge.

Units cleaned when they are ready to rent, quoted as needed.

Construction & demolition clean-up
Debris, dust and leftover material cleared after construction or demolition work, so the space is ready to use.

Before you

Is there a contract?
Yes. After the walkthrough you get a written quote, and once you accept it we sign a contract for the agreed work.
Are you insured?
Yes. Moore Than Clean is insured for $1 million.
How is pricing set?
By the areas covered and how often each task runs, agreed at the walkthrough. Power washing and make-ready cleans are priced separately.
Do you handle trash rooms and dumpster areas?
Yes. Trash and recycling go to the right bins, liners are replaced, trash rooms are checked up to three times a day, and the area around the dumpsters is swept and mopped weekly.
Do you clean homes?
Yes. Residential cleaning is one of our three services, along with commercial cleaning and construction or demolition clean-up.
